Terms of Service

Any use of the app means that you have read and understood the provisions of this legal agreement (hereinafter – the terms) and privacy policy and agree to be bound by them. Privacy policy is an integral part of the terms.

General provisions

  1. "Light Isle" or "we", "us", "our" – HONGKONG LIGHT ISLE NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED company duly incorporated at the address: UNIT B, 13/F SHING LEE, COMMERCIAL BUILDING NO.8 WING, KUT STREET CENTRAL, HONG KONG.
  2. Application (App) – an application for mobile devices developed by "Light Isle".
  3. The App is provided to You “as is”. We do not give any warranties that the App:
    1. will function uninterrupted and without any errors;
    2. will always be available for download;
    3. will meet your expectations.

Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are 13 years or older and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law. To make a purchase via the Services, you must be 16 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract.

Warning for parents/guardians

  1. By downloading and using the App You confirm that he/she is eligible to use the App. Parents/guardians of a user, who is under legal age, shall control his/her use of the App.
  2. We shall not be liable for any your actions within the App.

Privacy policy

  1. The App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the App secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could compromise security.
  2. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose information from our users. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and duties

  1. You shall perform the Terms in good faith.
  2. You are entitled to perform actions, covered by the technical capabilities or logics of the App.
  3. You may inquire us regarding defective App functioning if such issues are not caused by your actions or hardware/software issues outside our control.

You must not:

  1. examine the App source code, modify or amend it, create new works on its basis;
  2. mislead "Light Isle" (including personality, age, legal capacity, etc.);
  3. create derivative objects unless authorized by Light Isle;
  4. use the App in any way that interferes with normal functioning;
  5. use bots, cheats, or any other means that provide unfair advantages;
  6. exploit defects in the App functioning.

"Light Isle" is entitled to:

  1. limit the App functionality at its sole discretion without prior notice;
  2. change any and all App parameters;
  3. exercise other rights in accordance with the Terms.

Rights and content

  1. "Light Isle" may make changes to the App or charge for certain features, but will clearly inform you of such charges.
  2. Certain features require an active internet connection. We are not responsible if the App does not function due to connectivity issues.
  3. You are responsible for any carrier charges while using the App.
  4. You must ensure your device remains charged; Light Isle is not liable if your device powers off.
  5. We rely on third-party information sources and are not liable for inaccuracies.
  6. We may update or discontinue the App at any time. Upon termination, rights granted to you will end and you must stop using the App.

Intellectual property

  1. The App is a copyrighted work.
  2. Copyright belongs to Light Isle. All rights reserved.
  3. Light Isle grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the App as intended.

Changes to this terms and conditions

We may update our Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Changes are effective immediately once posted.

Final provisions

All disputes arising out of the Terms shall be settled by mediation.
